What Driviology collects when you register, why, who it goes to, and the choices you control. Plain language, PIPEDA-aligned.

What we collect

When you register we collect: your name, email and mobile phone; the student's name (when you book for someone else); whether the student is under 18 — we do not collect a date of birth on this website — and, when the student is under 18, a parent or guardian's name and email; your licence class, DriveTest centre and test date if you have one, pickup area and address, preferred start date, program and add-on choices, payment method (never card numbers — card payments run through a secure payment provider), how you heard about us, and your contact and marketing consent choices with the date and version recorded. Our registration form also computes the DrivPoints your booking earns. If you start a registration and don't finish, the details you entered are saved as a draft so we can help you complete it (see "Drafts" below).

Why and who receives it

We use this information to confirm and schedule your training, process payment, provision your student/member portal account, award DrivPoints, and — only if you opted in — send course news and offers. Registrations are managed in our customer system (GoHighLevel) and our member portal; both are access-controlled. We do not sell your information. Marketing is sent only with your consent, and every marketing message carries an unsubscribe.

Drafts & recovery

Draft registrations are contacted only about completing that registration (service messages), never for marketing, unless your completed registration includes marketing consent. Drafts are marked abandoned after 7 days and are not kept as marketing leads.

Website chat

Our "Ask Drivi" assistant is provided through Elfsight. Questions you type into the assistant are processed by Elfsight to generate answers; please don't enter sensitive personal information into chat. Chat is never used to register you or take payment.

Your choices

You may access, correct, or withdraw consent for your information at any time by contacting us at info@driviology.com or (416) 443-9999. Withdrawing service-contact consent means we cannot complete a registration for you. This site is operated for Driviology Driving School, owned and operated by 11950177 CANADA INC. and managed by First Global Consultants Inc., 255 Duncan Mill Road, Suite 609, Toronto, ON M3B 3H9.
