Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Driviology's services, website, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Driviology provides driving education services including, but not limited to, Beginner Driver Education (BDE), private driving lessons, road test preparation, and related educational resources.

Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment in any course or lesson package is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.

Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

Arriving on time for scheduled lessons and classes
Holding a valid Ontario G1 or G2 licence as required by the course
Disclosing any medical conditions that may affect driving
Complying with all Ontario traffic laws during lessons

Limitation of Liability

Driviology's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
